Our Refund Policy

At Design Avizions, we aim to ensure complete client satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be situations such as refunds. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are applicable for each service we provide.

General Refund Terms

  1. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@designavizions.com.

  2. Refunds are processed only for payments made directly to Design Avizions.

  3. Refund eligibility is subject to the specific terms of the service purchased and the progress of the project.

  4. Refunds are not applicable for completed and delivered work or services unless explicitly agreed upon.

  5. Any transaction fees or third-party processing fees are non-refundable.

Refund Policies for Each Service


Branding Services
  • Refunds are available only if the project is canceled before the initial concept designs are delivered.

  • Once the first draft of branding materials (e.g., logo concepts) has been provided, refunds are no longer applicable.

Graphic Design
  • Refunds are available for design projects canceled before the first draft or initial design concepts are submitted.

  • After the client has received any deliverables, refunds are not applicable.

  • In case of dissatisfaction, we will provide unlimited rounds of revisions at no additional cost before considering further resolution.

 
Web Development
  • Refunds for web development services are only applicable if the project is canceled before significant development work begins.

  • Deposits or advance payments made to secure project slots are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued after the website design and development have been completed and delivered.

  • If hosting or domain registration is purchased through us, these are subject to third-party policies and are non-refundable.


Marketing Strategy
  • Refunds are available for marketing strategy services if the project is canceled before the first strategy session or deliverable.

  • Once a campaign has been launched or deliverables (e.g., plans, content) are shared with the client, refunds are not provided.

  • If campaign performance does not meet expectations, we will work with you to optimize and resolve issues, but refunds are not guaranteed.

Exceptions

  • Refunds may be granted in exceptional cases at our sole discretion, such as delays caused by Design Avizions that exceed agreed timelines.
  • Any exceptions will be documented in writing and signed by both parties.

Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Clients will be notified via email once their refund has been processed.
